Our story

From Mexico to Montreal

Originally from Teziutlán, in the state of Puebla, Mexico, the taquero behind Solo Tacos has been making tacos since the age of 16. His journey led him to Cancún, where he honed his skills for over eight years in his own taqueria.

Now based in Canada, he continues this adventure in Montreal with Solo Tacos. His desire: to share the flavors and the craft that have accompanied him since his beginnings, and to introduce his cuisine one bite at a time.
